Introducing… The Acid Reflux Solution Workshop
A 3-part series to stop managing and start healing acid reflux (from the root).
The first time I took a sip of that frizzy water + alka-seltzer combo was after a slice of double cheese pizza. That little triangle paradoxically brought my heart rate up while also knocking me out as if I had taken a sleeping pill. When my head touched the pillow all the juices propelled up, burning my insides and hurting my throat. I bet you remember the first time you had acid reflux, too.
It marked a ‘before’ and ‘after’ for my gut health.
Conventional medicine would straight up say you can’t heal acid reflux– that this is a forever condition that can only managed. If you’ve had the “pleasure” of visiting your PCP to get some guidance, you were probably given (1) a handout of foods to avoid, (2) a recommendation to prop up your bed, and (3) got prescribed anything from pepsin to one of the many medications ending in ‘zole’.
But while doctors take 25 years to adapt new research into their practice1, we know that acid reflux can be healed, not just managed. In fact, healing acid reflux (or GERD) is at the core of my practice and it’s the best way to ensure prevention of more serious ailments, such as:
H.pylori infection, which can lead to gastric cancer.
Nutrient deficiencies, including Anemia unresponsive to iron.
Osteoporosis (PPIs prevent calcium absorption)
Other GI infections such as C.diff.
Affecting nearly 1/3 of U.S adults2, acid reflux is the most common gut issue in the country. You’re about to exit that statistic.😎

Welcome to The Acid Reflux Solution Substack workshop! (wow, what a mouthful!). This the beginning of a 3-part series designed to help you heal acid reflux without the silly generic advice of: “just avoid acidic foods”, or “eat 5 small meals a day”. Respectfully, these are not solutions– they are [barely] damage control.
Whether you get acid reflux daily or on occasion, you’re in the right place (in fact– you’ll learn why any amount of acid reflux is a massive ticking bomb ready to explode and wreak havoc your health.)
This workshop contains supplements, nutrition tips, and a nuanced perspective on acid reflux and healing it from the root– because basic advice only keeps us stuck in symptom management while filling the pockets of the PPI industry, currently worth 3.5B3 and continuously banking on our GI pain and discomfort.

This 3-part workshop is based on the work I do with 1:1 clients. I’ll pull the veil on process that has successfully helped dozens of people heal acid reflux naturally. That being said, this is no magic pill and there’s an order of operations that *mussst* be followed. More on that later.

With every post you will get 1-3 simple “healing steps” to implement. These steps are designed to build on each other—you’ll spend the first two weeks incorporating the initial steps into your routine, then add the next set when they arrive. The result? A deeply sustainable way of habit formation to avoid overwhelm and ensure this doesn’t disrupt your already-busy life.
